Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free from wear.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
